I'm watching my finances, in an effort to save money efficiently. So that I have an account to fall back on if and when I really need the money.

But the temptation to spend is high. Sometimes I think I like to buy things because I like to own stuff. And unfortunately those stuff do not happen to be cheap stuff.

But recently I got myself a cheap pair or earphones. They cost below fifteen bucks, and there's a wire retractor-thingy in the middle which tucks the wires to a neat bundle when you pull the earphones' both ends.

But the sound quality suck. SUCKS REALLY BAD. So nevermind. So, I wish for a good quality pair of earphones.

In fact, this is my x-th* number of earphones. Because I never take good care of them... somehow they damage easy. But I've been learning how to keep and care for them to make them last.

My first ever pair of earphones lasted several months, actually. But they failed to work one day because I bit through the wires. Yes I was biting them. So, I got rid of that habit. Next few pairs didn't last long, because I always chuck them in a tangled mess. But I learn and as the pairs come I could prolong their life, by a bit. Till my current pair, which has served me for several months. Right now one side is dying off, and I can only hear music through the bud when I tug the wire taut. Hmm.

Maybe for my birthday, I'll get myself earphones. Good ones. Spend a little bit of money to have durable quality ones.

I've no idea why I'm talking about earphones.

Anyways I should run. Eight-to-five is really fun.

And really it's not entirely my fault. All those earphones were cheapo ten-bucks earphones.. xD

Quite a surprise and a little blip of delight when I find the increment in the paycheck. Tomorrow will be celebratory.

There's quite a lot I've to think of, and with things happening as such over the other side, it makes me want to think it through. Or maybe I should just let slide. Instructor all the way, whoo.

I'm contemplating getting an old-school CD player. Discman. Sigh.. don't really like mp3s. Dislike buying too many stuff. Wish I can have a hybrid but I can't have one suitable for camp. Guess that's more thinking..

I could have spent the time for all the work I had. I should have worked on my work. All the time I had, all the psych I had! But no. I did my other stuff, did other stuff. Well there was work done but I really should have completed what was urgent, I suppose.

For the night I spent the time watching Mona Lisa Smile. I had the alarms ringing, they keep pestering me. "Dude, do your work!", "Too many things on the list, let's go go go!"

But no. Cause I'm beginning to think I've been putting too much time to work. Being an workaholic. It's good, it's not bad, but you have to unwind sometimes.

I think I needed that most. To unwind. Cause I feel so on the ball I've not got a time to let go and be myself. I wish I can be myself for the weekend. But I know tomorrow I'll be back to the drawing board, back to work. Back to the camp. But that's another time.

Mona Lisa Smile was great. One thing that really counts. She's smiling, but is she happy? Watson went to the school to make a difference there. But her journey made her look at herself, helped her find herself instead of she helping others find their identity. Maybe that's why I picked this film, out of the many available on the rental machine. Not only to unwind, but to find myself.

Now, I really should head to bed. Wish I can have dreams..

It'd be nice to have a camera. The one I currently have is wonky. New camera will be good for stuff like recording the things I see around me. Like how sometimes I'm too lazy to blog and rather have the pictures talk. For instance, I cycled a few kilometers largely in due to my poor sense of direction. Actually no, I blame the sudden block-off of the usual return-route I'd take. But anyways.

Sigh, lost the phone. Big bummer. Cause it's pretty dandy as a hybrid. Having the phone such as that would be bliss but I don't want to suddenly lose it again.. like I can't trust myself in handling my own things. I don't usually have that problem. Like how some people prefer a mess on their desk cause that's their comfort? Okay straying off topic again.

I realize there's a whole bunch of things I wish I can do but haven't really got the time to do them as of yet. Tally-ho, the time will come soon.

Looking forward to the next book-out. Hope to hit the bookstores and check out if Jumping Off Swings is in the sales shelf here :)

What the heck man..

I'm looking for a Sony Ericsson phone. A Sony Ericsson phone I'm looking for right now.

(Because I'm a brand addict and I usually stick to a brand when I'm comfortable with it, egad).

Most SE phones comes with a camera.

Doesn't help that the pretty phones all have a camera...

With a little scouting it seems that getting a phone with my criteria would be almost impossible.

I want a SE phone (said already). Has to have intergrated radio. Quite importantly, be able to surf the web. Play my music would be a HUGE bonus.

But the most important thing is for it not to have a camera. Cause I wanna bring this phone to camp.

It would be easy for me to head to the store and look at the phones, enquire directly..

But the line's under my dad's, so I need him to be around to confirm the phone purchase. But there's camp and there's my dad's own work schedule...

I've been wanting to do a proper blog post. Like how I always do the posts and all. But I can't cause I end up not knowing what to fill up in this blank.

So I'll just post several one-liners.

Just passed out from my training course, will be entering an on-job training phase next. They assign duties as punishment like distributing hot pancakes in the morning. Hope I don't get extra duties.

Recently acquired a Kanji dictionary. Think it would be useful and a bonus to my (slow-paced) learning of Japanese.

Been very addicted to games lately. And of all games I'd be addicted to, I'm playing Pokémon Diamond. THE SHAME hahahaahha.

Speaking of games, been wanting to purchase games for myself/siblings/friends/girlfriend. But I realize the variety of games here is rather limited. There's almost always the popular games around only. Which sucks. Also, not only games, but other stuff like music and dvds too.

And the bloody customs and stupid censorship laws governing this island.

And then I've been looking to purchasing things online. But there's the uncertainty of where your hard-earned money's going, whether the goods will be in good condition, how it will ship out and whether it actually can, and just a whole lot of reasons that goes along with buying stuff online.

Been reading quite a lot lately. Don't want the brain cells to die off. But I think my command over the English language has been deteriorating. Hence reading more.

Been thinking of doing some art lately. But haven't got the motivation to surpass inertia.

Been thinking a lot lately. Of several stuff.

Been saying prayers. Prayed for little kitty Wawan, which passed away quite recently. My friend's cat.

And I think my keyboard typing skills have gone down the drain.

Haven't been in contact with my friends for a while. Wish our times are a little more free.
